“Good and bad at DaySpring cards.”
Former Employee – worked at DaySpring Cards
Pros – DaySpring is made up of great people who have a great heart. They are struggling financially at this point so the future is uncertain with their niche market.
Cons – The parent company Hallmark Cards is not setting them up for success.
Advice to Senior Management – Get back to your core values.
