Recommends
No opinion of CEO

Pros

Noble. Profitable. Fun. That is the company motto and it fit me like a glove.

Cons

Very flimsy business relationships made on a handshake, you can be fired by a principal (a food manufacturer paying broker commissions to Daymon) or the customer (a retailer) in the blink of an eye. An entire satellite office of people could be out on the street if the customer decides to fire Daymon.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Many good people outside the IT dept and many departments with good professionals. Should be a rewarding experience so long as you dont work in Network Engineering. Company has decent focus on business and a unique business model that should thrive for years if sr mgt keeps the business focused and competitive.

    Cons

Networking department is not a good place to work. Company has 5 or 6 holidays a year and very poor vacation policy. Expect to work long days and many of them. If you have a family, you wont see them much.

    Advice to Management

Hopefully the new Sr management can realize that if you give a nickle, you will get a dime back.

  2. Must be good with Politics

    Pros

People in the field are great Hardworking

    Cons

Very political Everything is up in the air right now New CEO has been in place 1 year and lots of changes are coming

    Advice to Management

Don't wait a year to make changes. Lots of disfunction right now as everyone waits around to see if they have a job. Perhaps you should update your profile as Milt Sender is no longer CEO.
