Advice to Senior Management

DePaul in general is a great place to work. However there could be a better investment in the staff as part of the university that furthers St. Vincent DePaul's mission as well as maintains and furthers the academic quality and prestige of the university. There is not enough emphasis on DePaul's staff as playing a crucial part of maintaining the school's reputation for respected academics and Vincentian values and beliefs.
