Management does not always deliver clear message and it is easy to derail your career with one wrong move.
If you play the game you will do well. Unfortunately, there was much emphasis placed on career development and I felt my interests fell on deaf ears. When I voiced my concerns it was too late.
Also in order to move up, you will need to move among the operating companies. It's not just a job it's a lifestyle.
