Pros

the instructors they hire are among the best I have seen at "For-Profit" colleges.

Cons

Being a For-Profit institution weighs too heavily on the recruitment and admissions process.

Advice to Management

Be more honest in your marketing to high school students.

    Pros

Lots of open space and lighting, windows everywhere (atmosphere) Great people

    Cons

Hard to get out of office at 5pm. Right near highway and road design makes it seem like Chicago traffic if you are heading toward the highway. So commute time might be annoying.

    Pros

Great benefits and good pay. Flexible work hours. Good location. Summer picnic and Christmas Party. Free continuing education except books.

    Cons

Expected to work 50 and 60 hrs a week. High stress. People that show excellence are tossed out the door.

    Advice to Management

Need managers that think of employees and communicate. Fix student tools used before adding more to them. Listen to employees.
