Pros

Proactive in many ways. Managers are generally good.

Cons

The Education for Profit model has many challenges ahead.

Advice to Management

Cut the layers of management way too many senior staff and directors.

    Pros

    Vacation time, industry of education

    Cons

Management is scattered at the Online office, shows biased to their favorites employees, clear separation with the rest of population. See advise below...

    Advice to Management

Focus on the core education of DeVry (BS / Masters), you are putting your hands into too many pots (other schools) and then dropping them. This is leaving your employees confused as workload is all over the place. The quality of DeVry has definitely gone down over the years.

Also, get NEW leadership at the Online office in Naperville, the VP mainly and directors are not promoting employee's overall well being. There is a solid resentment towards upper management here - the lies, fake promises are too much now while employees are doing their part.
