    Pros

Employees feel valued. Effective communication between the deans and professors.
Open door policy therefore deans are very accessible to both students and staff. Always get feedback timely.

    Cons

Payroll dates previously very confusing but this has since been resolved and the structure in place is more appealing to adjunct faculty.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Devry Houston campus is a great place to work for. I am proud to be associated with this institution. Hopefully most people can change their preconceived ideas about online schools.

    I worked at DeVry University

    Pros

The pay is decent. Technology for managing students is OK.

    Cons

The worst leadership in Higher Education. Students are constantly misled by the (90 percent) employed within 6 months. The admissions advisors, including the DOA, are clueless on the programs and product knowledge. Managers are hired from outside the company leaving those who start from the botton with little mobility for advancement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Train your managers to be leaders.
