Pros: Pros, the insurance is good, my co-workers are very friendly. I can't say enough about the people, most of them are top knotch. If… Cons: It's a business first, then a university. I wish I had known, it literally kills me to go to work everyday knowing these poor people… Advice to Senior Management: We are individuals and should be treated as such.
