    Pros

-Tuition Reimbursement after 6 months of employment.
    -Great 401K (matches $ for $)

    Cons

-Mistreat employees by overworking and underpaying employees.
-Seattle, WA metro is all about politics/ whose behind you can kiss.
-Management is absolutely useless and not qualified. They are a complete joke.
-DeVry should be investigated for HR confidentiality infractions.
-Admission goals are absolutely unrealistic (sales) goals.
-Promotions are promised but NEVER given. ALL A LIE!!!
-Metro President only cuts budgets and is NEVER transparent - total FAKE.
-The employees are unappreciated and mistreated. Nobody cares because if you speak up about your supervisor's doing wrong, you will be written up and assigned skill port courses. Absolutely ABSURD but true!!!

    Advice to Management

Go and actually learn how to be a good manager/leader.
Go and get more educated about your roles. You can't manage if you don't know anything.
Decrease your salaries so other employees can actually get paid for THEIR hard work. You just sit there and look for ways to put down your employees every chance you get.
GO GET A LIFE and get real - the seattle metro's president, director of admissions, and center dean are such fake, ruthless, deceiving individuals who are out to get everyone but themselves!

    Pros

The company is profitable, and will probably remain in business longer than other "Dead men walking" in the for-profit educational industry

    Cons

DeVry is a for-profit university. It does not matter what word follows for-profit, however. This is a miserly, pinched view of the world. You will receive little training, and you will quickly come to understand that it is not about mission, it is not about respect, it is not about the students, it is simply about profit, without regard to how it is earned.

    Advice to Management

You have assembled a group of people at most parts of your organization who work there solely for economic reasons: people who can get out, do, except for those at the top who profit from this arrangement via stock options. Tie executive compensation to both long-term shareholder value and student performance. Hire citizen-soldiers, per Machiavelli, not mercenaries
