    A lot of knowledgeable people to work with.
    Good benefits.

    Lack of value and respect of human assets.
    Lock of honest communication.
    Revenue focused without a clear vision.
    Spread their resources too thin.
    Not really interested in a balance between work life and private life.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to the employees that have the knowledge and value their input. Don't look at them as high salaries that you would like to replace with cheaper employees. You are eroding the value of your own company.
