Pros

PTO is competitive, Monthly Communication meetings are helpful.

Cons

I have seen many experienced, dedicated and hard work employees passed over for promotions, and many incompetent, and inexperienced managers hired.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

What's the point, they don't listen anyhow.

    Pros

    They are understanding. Everyone is very nice. Its very casual environment. The people aren't at all snobby. Easy place to work.

    Cons

    It can be incredibly boring. They don't use their resources greatly. Its not an exciting fun place to work as a younger person.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't take away peoples pay. Offer any fun events for employees to do to break up the day to day monotony.

    I worked at Dealertrack Technologies

    Pros

    Stable, so long as you made your manager happy. Lots of opportunities for growth and different career paths in the industry if you don't mind moving.

    Cons

    Lots of middle management, 80% of which are career managers and not "doers" who rose through the ranks. The upper management generally has their act together, but getting anything done or communicated down the chain generally wasn't effective.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't try to be so diverse. You don't need to have everything for everyone. Concentrate on areas of strength and stick to what you know.
