If it is not broke do not fix it.

Route Sales Driver (Current Employee)
Nashville, TN

ProsImmediate supervisors are just brilliant. If it was not for them this company would not fair well.

ConsStarted off about supporting the employees who were the face of the company. Now it is all about the bottom dollar.

Advice to Senior ManagementDF owns alot of companies, very few of them have been profitable for a number of years. All of the cut backs made have made the share holders happy in there wallets while contributing to the unemployment of this nation. I believe that the descions being made have no consideration of the workload that the faces of the companies have to deal with on a daily basis. Employees who have nothing to look forward to but work make unhappy and miserable employees.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
