Pros

The hours and culture are laid back. The fact that the company is not very efficient and financial initiatives and Executive leadership are constantly changing is a positive in my book. It keeps things interesting and you get to work with different people with different personalities, which is a good thing in the long run. The reporting and countless number of financial systems were an inconvenience but figuring out how to mine for the data and getting around the systems and meaningless reports expand your skill set.

Cons

The pay is not very good. They are very selective as to who they want to promote. The Executives are the only individuals that benefit from the hard work the rest of us put in. If you just need a job and want to get by, this is the place for you. If you want to make a name for yourself, I wouldn't work here.

Advice to Management

Don't let good talent slip away from lack of recognition.

    Pros

    - There aren't very many pros. The only one that comes to mind is decent salary.

    Cons

    - Lack of integrity in management and strong favoritism
    - Company has a going concern, check their "Altman Z-score" -bankruptcy predicator
    - Lack of vision for the future
    - DO NOT accept a full-time position unless your hiring manager is your friend (You will not last more than 1-2 years). Accept only if offered a lucrative hourly contract opportunity.

    Advice to Management

Instead of cutting so many heads, you might want to monitor how STI and other bonuses are awarded and trim these down a bit (including your own bonuses). We all know the ship is sinking!
