I found Dean Foods very dissatisfying. Management has little to no concern about its employees.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

You have laptops so you can sign in and work on all systems virtually anywhere. Generally, the managers don't mind if you work out of the office so long as the work is completed. They also emphasize that it means you can work the hours needed.

    Cons

Management has very little regard for its employees. Training is woefully inadequate. They drop you in the middle of the fire with no training and very little employee support.

    Advice to Management

Offer better support for your employees.
