Gained alot of Work experience and got to try out alot of new technology working with the company and people

Cons

Work with low pay and over time at times with no extra benefits and time off. this was when deccan was still air deccan now its a different company, so the system would have changed

Advice to Senior Management

It needs to be a more employee friendly environment so that its people feel valued, encouraged and worth working for a company
