Current Employee – been working at Deepak Nitrite Limited
Pros – The challenges here are fantastic, you cannot make mistakes , since the mistakes are all made. Nothing to lose , any performance will be positive performance.
Cons – Offices and factories are in a pathetic state. Senior management mainly comprises of retired ex employees- who tend to be 'yes men' around the MD. Nothing democratic here - the MD defines the decision , the senior management refines the definition , and no body questions the genuineness of the decision.
Advice to Senior Management – Recruit professionals who know their job, and who dare to differ - not a force of retired VPs who have no option but to agree to decisions
