I have been working at Deer Valley Resort part-time (more than a year)

Pros

As a part-time employee it is easy to work for my required days while still being in school.
There's a sense of teamwork throughout the company.
A free ski pass is one of the perks along with "triple play" which allows you to ride the Canyons and well as Park City.
The pay is excellent compared to other ski resorts in the area.
Supervisors are readily available in the case of any unexpected circumstances and are ready to help.

Cons

There are strict appearance standards, particularly when it comes to employee grooming.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

-if you are going to have an apprentice program, i.e. the ski instructor assistant program then you need to be aware that you are training them and that once then are 18 and can be instructors of their abilities and schedules i.e. school
