Unpredictable hours with respect to machinery operating properly, Mandatory Saturdays when needed, Some employees base their paychecks on expected overtime

Advice to Senior Management

Come in when the plant begins operation at 6AM. Things always run smooth until about 15 minutes before management arrival at 8AM, then machines suddenly "break-down".
