Great location.
Some smart people work there.
Cons
Too narrowly focused on quarterly earnings, to the significant detriment of brand building & innovation
Lagging vs competition
Cumbersome and outdated processes and systems
More trade marketing focus vs equity building marketing
Employees are not treated well overall
Advice to Senior Management
Leave.
Sell the company to Masterfoods.
