Training needs to be more structured. People should not be able to have side bar conversations that distract from the speaker. Also, information that is intended for universal dissemination to the whole group is often only disseminationated to one or few. For example, if a question is asked by a participant then the question should be repeated for all to know what the question was, before answering. I can imagine someone saying I answered that question in training, but not realizing everyone didn't hear or know what they were talking about. I am also concern that some of the training classes are too large.

Advice to Senior Management

You may want to address some internal customer issues. I understand your philosophy with regard to external customers, but not sure that is being extended to new customers.
