Very committed to quality. Has a professional culture. Amazing office. It's a very comfortable place to work if you are not on a client site.

Cons

No sick days & medical insurance extremely expensive if you have to insure a family. No opportunities for advancement or professional development. Salaries are below market; they had great benefits which used to offset the salaries, but no longer. Subject performance review process.

Advice to Senior Management

Identify why turnover is high and work to address it. It's good to have high expectations, however, they need to be effectively communicated otherwise employees become frustrated/disillusioned.
