nice people in the office
free snacks and drinks in the kitchen
good location in downtown sf

Cons

grossly understaffed
the company seems to have no direction
extremely stressful during the holiday - basically you can forget about the holidays with your family
hr issues don't get resolved
DA has never been profitable

Advice to Senior Management

my advice to senior management would be to pick one business direction and go with it. it seems like we have our hands are in a lot of different things and because we're so short staffed, we really aren't good at any of them.
