Pros

Work life balance is very good. You usually are pretty flexible. The company feels young. It has a refreshing casual feel. It can feel like a cool place to work. You have a chance to make impact on the business and see results. You can expect to get great benefits (though those have worsened) and great vacation time. The DELL perks are also very good.

Cons

The management is incompetent. They are racist, sexist and very much a good boys club. They lean on employees and most of them do nothing. Good luck getting promotions and credit for what you do. Unless of course you drink or play golf with the right people.

All of you should quit.
