Disapproves of CEO
Disapproves of CEO

Pros

Stability for those with families. Honest base pay. Good work vs. life balance for those who need it. Holiday company shutdown.

Cons

Work life quality is strangled by mediocrity. Drink-your-own-kool-aide mentality functions as blinders for forward progress. "Nothing is a problem till its a fire" mentality is pervasive.

Advice to Management

Don't eat, drink and live your own kool-aid.
