Good pay, interesting products, very good global experiences and global management opportunities.

Cons

Poisonous and combative work environment. Enemies are all within, not the competition. Kill or be killed is the way to be seen. Zero loyalty. Ex-pats do not advance (despite sr. management reassurances) and often don't have a home when they return. Innovation is squashed. True respect does not exist.

Advice to Senior Management

Get rid of Michael (sorry - you may be a legend but your style no longer works) and begin to change the culture. Highly reward innovation and creative thought. Get rid of the "antibodies" that attack all new things.
