Current Employee – been working at Dell
Pros – Collaboration among peers and good work environment. Great place to work!
Cons – Layoffs due to change direction and fluctuations in areas of business.
Advice to Senior Management – Yes I approve of the way Michael Dell is leading the company. I would like to see develop a device for integrating tv and Internet and storage for movies for the home user. I like to see them develop a device for ISP network.
