I worked at Dell full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Salary and benefits are better than average. If you are ambitious and drive forward, you should be successful. Good vacation policies.

    Cons

Depending on your department, may have to work crazy hours. Can be impersonal, highly metrics focused company can mean that there is no allowance for personality differences. If you like to stay in role for longer than 2 years, you may be seen as adverse to change. Embracing change is highly valued.
