“Enabled me to achieve a lot in a very short time”
I worked at Dell full-time for more than a year
Pros – Undoubtedly more result-oriented, more target-driven, more task-focussed, more agile and more decisive than any other organisation I have worked in. Various segments & functions engage each other closely and purposefully without suffocating each other.
Cons – More internally-focussed than it can afford to be. Extremely short-term in outlook even at very senior levels of management.
