Change for the Sake of Change

Metrics and Reporting Analyst (Former Employee) Round Rock, TX

ProsThe one pro I liked about Dell is learning from my co-workers. I worked with many people who knew more than I did and they helped me grow my career.

If you enjoy basing your day around where you are going to go to lunch with your co-workers, this might be the place for you.

ConsFrequent manager changes, projects that go nowhere, endless meetings utilizing stacks and stacks of post-it notes, bureaucracy in many forms

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
