I have been working at Dell full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good salary, Austin is a good place to live, Flexible work schedule, and great people in the ranks at the company

    Cons

Horrible organizational structure and leadership, company fighting for 7th place with no desire to win, super political, employees treated very poorly

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop trying to change the company by trimming the edges and make big, bold decisions regarding products, brands, services. And play to win. You are wasting too much talent with the lack of aligned incentives and integration due to petty power struggles and politics.
