Pretty decent at times but politics and bad Leadership kills companies as always.

I have been working at Dell full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The salary is good if you work closer to 40 to 50 hours per week.

    Cons

Work/Life balance is not good, Leadership is very weak and who you are in a clique with means more than what you accomplish.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Senior Leadership is not engaged with Employees and will lie to them to gain personal satisfaction.

I worked at Dell full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The one pro I liked about Dell is learning from my co-workers. I worked with many people who knew more than I did and they helped me grow my career.

If you enjoy basing your day around where you are going to go to lunch with your co-workers, this might be the place for you.

    Cons

Frequent manager changes, projects that go nowhere, endless meetings utilizing stacks and stacks of post-it notes, bureaucracy in many forms

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO
