“Distracted, siloed, inefficient”

Pros – Company still has potential, solid technology, dynamic environment, opportunity to make a difference
Cons – Too much noise in the system, too many distractions, has forgotten how to do the fundamentals well, lost identity
Advice to Senior Management – Stop rationalizing away reality, invest in client SW and differentiation
