“Solid, but stagnating”
Current Employee – been working at Dell full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – With the right manager, you'll be given opportunities to learn and grow
Plenty of opportunity to establish processes and automation
Annual bonuses can add up to a lot (in a good year)
Cons – Review process suffers from the same problem as in most big organizations: stack ranking (or forced distribution)
Salary increases are miniscule
Advice to Senior Management – Too many managers (project, program, product, marketing), not enough doers.
