“Great Company to work at.”
Current Employee – been working at Dell full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Dell expects you to take care of the customer. The customer is first. Always driving for the next inovation. Dell is on the path of aquistion. This will grow the company and expand the product/ soluitons that Dell has to offer. Dell is a real provider in the teir 1 space.
Cons – Working as a remote employee can feel like your on an island. It is a big company and can take time to find the right resource to get a root answer.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
