Pros

Able to work remotely. Larger workplace with more opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Have to wait a year between internal promotions. Grading scale for annual reviews. Must have a specific number of people in each scale regardless of success and failure.

    Pros

    I've had exceptional teams and good managers. After several re-orgs I believe we are on a better path for consistent success with a unified vision to support our customers.

    Difficult to navigate with constant re-orgs.

    Pros

    Opportunities to move to other departments or locations are decent.

    Cons

    Depending on the department, some were considered a white collar sweat shop and you are but a small cog in a very large machine.

    Advice to Management

    Don't treat employees like children and really listen to the people on the ground.
