    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to listen to the employee and don't always assume they can not do a job, instead consider the role they are in is not the right one and help them find the right role, not always manage out.l

    Cons

Increased physical security checks, limited raises. If you stick around long enough your salaries are far from the market rate.
