    With significant amounts of change across the company there are many opportunities to excel and contribute.

    large corporate environment with silo functions makes can mean a lot of meetings, alignments, opinions, and inputs to get something to happen

    You get their crappy laptops.

    Cons

    Increased physical security checks, limited raises. If you stick around long enough your salaries are far from the market rate.
