“My Best Time in Dell”
I have been working at Dell
Pros – The best thing in Dell is I can wear anything I want as long as it's smart casual. You can work from anywhere as long as you have internet connection. Dell has a great environment where most of the staff are from different races and background. In Dell we are like one big happy family.
Cons – Dell is a one big organization. To be able to insure your stay in Dell you must be a good politician, able to communicate and handle issue wisely. You will get lay off if you're not perform in your job.
Advice to Senior Management – Always listen what the staff has to say. Don't under estimate your staff capability.
