    Cons

Salary increases not up to par Frequent management changes

    Advice to Management

Reward your people more, the team at Dell is better than most companies with very litre dross, you cannot apply a bell curve to them.

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

    - You can sell a huge range of products if you understand IT - International atmosphere - You can find friends in the office who often go for a drink at the "Stehbar" after work - You will easily get a job if you speak some German and English (just pretend you are interested in IT)

    Cons

    - Swiss management (and everyone above) is mainly busy with forecasts and themselves. "Cosmetics" is everything. - Employees have good ideas but are not listened to. They don't count much from management perspective. - Management hinders career moves of talented employees. Those are favoured and hired who will not become "dangerous" (= who don't speak up for what is right). - You can be promoted one job grade per year.

    Advice to Management

Start to be honest and value your employees or start a career as politician.
