    Pros

Excellent work/life balance. Good opportunities to explore different career avenues. Culture and values are emphazied. Great benefits and great perks.,

    Cons

Compensation could be better. Training also could use some upgrading. Better organizational focus. Employment can be hard to come by, if you don't network or have someone looking out for you.

    Pros

Friendly environment. Many benefits. Good pay. Flex schedules and work from home availability.

    Cons

A lot of redundancy. Working environments vary greatly within different departments. A lot of job insecurity.

    Advice to Management

Upper management should take a closer look at productivity and job description. Work loads vary extremely. People are let go and others get double the workload while some are not affected and have ample free time. It's also extremely insulting to take away someone's job who is extremely skilled and have them train people from other countries to take their place.
