I worked at Dell full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Company continues to grow, no debt, several billion in cash. More focus on VDI versus Desktop, just acquired Perot Systems, Compellant Storage and Equallogics storage, large investment in Liquidware UX VDI monitoring client to server, advanced reporting, free license for Profit Unit, purchased Wyse to create MSI packages from scratch,

Cons

At the time, still had conflicting issues between Perot issues with Perot/Dell integration. As the only Citrix person and 5 long term Perot employees I setup a process where I sent all documentation drafts to the Gorgon for review. Not to mentionl worte 135 documents.

    Pros

This company puts an emphasis on training and being ready to succeed. If you have a passion to help customers and grow yourself, this company is for you. Brand is great and the overall benefits are really great.

    Cons

If you don't like the noise of email, then you might want to reconsider. Makes it tough to figure out what you should pay attention to sometimes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep your employees compensated well for the work they do and you'll keep them for years. You already do a great value add and acknowledge their accomplishments. Keep it up!
