I have been working at Dell full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

really non I can think of anymore except for maybe my peers in the field

    Cons

Company does not value it's employee's anymore. All sales rep is being micro managed and are quitting because of it. Pay scales are messed up. Worked here for over 6 years, and new hires are making 60% more. Asked my manager for a raise, and he told me "cdw is hiring."

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You are non-generating employee's, your sales reps are the face of your company, and the ones who pay your ridiculous salaries. Treat us with some respect.

Great at the start, but recent changes have limited career growth.

I have been working at Dell full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Good people to work with
    Drive a good work ethic
Most employees truely care about customers

    Cons

    Some mangement has hidden agendas
limited by management on career opportunities
lots of churn and burn in recent roles
Have not been investing in current client products for the US in the past few years which has led to a decline in sales and customer acceptance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to your Tell Dell surveys, as my last manager had horrible Tell Dell stats but he still gets promoted while destroying the people under him.
