Can be great place to work if you do well with constant change and reorganizations

    Pros

    Job security, good benefits, work/life balance, excellent managers, culture of doing what's right for the customer, strong sense of community and giving back

    Cons

    Culture of passive negativity, difficult to change strategy rapidly, sales is very hardware centric, M&A integration will take time

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    While the strategy is sound, it will take too long to execute with too many legacy folks who only provide lip service that their willing to change. Interjection of new blood, particularly at the leadership levels will speed up the process. Those who don't want to be part of the new Dell should leave.

    Pros

    Green facility, benefits are strong.

    Cons

    Lacks unity. Communication is almost laughable. Angry, impatient, environment with more backstabbing per capita than any workplace I have ever experienced.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    This is an average paying job. What that means to you? People WILL seek other employment of equal pay, if work environment is threatening. In other words, YOU are responsible for the outrageous turnover .
