    Pros

Good Work-Life Balance. Changed for the better over the years. The company embraces working from home which is a plus. All phones are VOIP so your laptop is your hub.

    Cons

Hard to advance up the corp ladder unless you sell your soul to the company. Directors easily work 70 hour workweeks which includes nights and weekends.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The management I work with are doing a great job. I have heard from others on other teams that there managers do a really poor job of praising and focus more on pointing out flaws. My advice would be add a little bit more of the carrot and less of the stick.
