Pros

It is a company with lot of opportunity to learn and grow as long as you are self motivated. very competitive work culture and growth is based on meritocracy.

Cons

Vertical growth is hard especially since the company is going through business transformation, cost cutting and always the mindset to increase productivity from existing resource.
