Pros

Not too much of work pressure. Balanced professional and personal life.

Cons

No challenges. Company doesn't have long term visibility. The management is not good. They don't rate people with their deliverables. but how social or close a person is to the manager. The appraisal system sucks.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

They should consolidate their knowledge, IP and products, instead of expanding their business.

I have been working at Dell full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Work/life balance, advantageous inside benefits, remote/telecommute opportunities

    Cons

Consistent ambiguity, sales roles has constant and evolving compensation changes, many inside sales roles are unequally balanced as far as compensation is concerned, many layers of management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Higher tiers of leadership should listen to the lower levels for opinions, thoughts and become more acclimated with employees day to day responsibilities. Company morale is the worst I have seen in years
