    Pros

The company has a very nice culture of reaching out and helping people. Everyone is willing to teach and know others. Good teamwork and good working environment. The schedule is flexible too, at least for the engineering section.

    Cons

Don't have any comments on that.

    Pros

Great efficiencies at manufacturing marketing, and sales.

    Cons

Promoted executives that do not understand relationship sales, and the value of employee relationships with customers, nor the value and effective use of quota based compensation plans.

    Advice to Management

Look to the success and the model that was in place prior to 2000 and work to emulate that. That was the business model that drove huge market share gains and allowed retention of the best talent.
