Like the fast paced environment and quality of team members
Cons
Lack of promotions for several years is paralyzing. Additionally false costs loaded in system make people feel like they are never winning.
Advice to Senior Management
Use some of the cash reserves to reward and promote people, or there will be mass exits when the economy gets better.
