I have been working at Dell full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Equal opportunity company. Management does not have a blatant upper hand and a secure place for women to work

    Cons

One has to pay through his/her pockets here to use facilities like cafeteria/parking . Cafeteria food by Sodexho sucks!! Tax Saving plans for Emps need to be worked on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't let any Emps to hog years in one single Process. Have a good rotation Policy. Cross training within the Org or other related avenues along with offering them opportunity to work on the process they have been cross trained will help.
