Pros

Overall very high caliber highly skilled employees. Diverse workforce.

Cons

Volatile organization changes. Cut-throat competitive practices. Redundancy between groups. Bullying by some managers.

Advice to Management

Learn to adapt and change to the market without creating such a volatile and unstable workforce. Weed out bully managers. There is no gain worth treating people poorly and with disrespect.

    I worked at Dell full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Many possible opportunities for growth once you have a career path. The pay is good and when you move into advanced roles the pay is phenomenal! Some times its slow and relaxing.

    Cons

    Call center environment. Sometimes the systems go down. Being on the phone if you're an phone agent. Large case load at times.

    Advice to Management

    Give better case management guidance in the beginning so that there won't be any in the future. Also, a better career path is needed.
