Pros

Great people and a ton of energy, in the day. Now a shell, they have respect for the individual, good salary and benefits, talented people.

Cons

Completely lifeless, management killed the company, the enegy is gone, no direction and multiple reorganizations left the company totally demoralized. Many initiatives are "throw it at the wall and see what sticks", never figured out service, became a who you know and what politics to play organization.

Advice to Management

Get out of the way, get back to basics, leave the regions alone and abandon centralizing authority in Texas.

    Pros

Great people, good pay & benefits, cool products, Austin is a fun town.

    Cons

Senior Management lost its direction and focus. Brought in to many overpaid senior executives who did not execute or improve the business. The single minded focus is gone.

    Advice to Management

Get back to basics and out execute the market. It is embarassing to have Acer beat Dell.
